Seats that are on special offer are, by definition, in stock, and are thus dispatched by the next working day following your order at the very latest.
The lead time for the manufacture of "custom-made" personalized seats is usually between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the motorcycle/scooter model and the options you have selected.
If you choose the "I provide my base" option, then obviously, the lead time is only counted from the time that your original seat arrives at our workshop.
You will receive an email on the day that your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, this online tracking service can only be viewed in French at the present moment :-(
If there truly is a shipping problem (i.e. the waiting time since the dispatch of your order has largely exceeded the estimated delivery times indicated in the answer to question 2), start off by making an inquiry at your post office by providing the tracking number that we gave you and the dispatch country (France).
