[Seats] Price - Deposit - Payment

How much does this or that option cost?

All our prices are indicated on our website.

Promotional prices:
For a cover alone that you will have to staple onto the base of your original seat by yourself, only one price is applicable.
For a complete seat (deluxe seat or designer style seat cover that is assembled and installed by us), the default display price corresponds to the "You lend me a base" option, if this is indeed available for the motorcycle or scooter model in question. The other possible price for a complete seat that is on offer is for one that comes delivered with a base that you purchase. By clicking on the "Add to cart" button, you will have access to the choice between these two prices corresponding to either one of these two options.
Still on the subject of promotions, the price that is crossed out refers to the usual price of the seat, i.e. when "custom-made" with all the same options using the seat design module.

Price of a seat that is "custom-made" using the seat design module: the price is displayed once you select the seat type (e.g. type 1 or 2 Deluxe seat, etc.); this price may then vary according to the various options that you choose (gel, parts of various materials and colors, embroidery, shape options, etc.)

NB: before proceeding with anything, check that you are viewing your country's version of our website. Indeed, the prices displayed take into account the different factors that apply to the delivery destination (whether to include taxes or not, calculation of delivery charges, etc.).

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be indicated once you add at least one product to your cart.

Obviously, these will vary according to the number of products and their characteristics (weight, volume, etc.), as well as the delivery destination. For this reason, check that you are viewing your country's version of our website. Indeed, delivery charges, as well as product prices, take into account the different factors that apply to the delivery destination (e.g. whether to include taxes or not) and, most of all, depend on the distances involved.

Why do the prices change when I change countries (either in the drop-down menu under the Top Sellerie logo or in the delivery address in my basket)?

The calculation of delivery charges varies primarily according to the delivery destination of your order: obviously, charges increase with increasing delivery distance, but may also vary depending on whether taxes apply, based on the agreements between the country from which the goods are dispatched (France) and the delivery country.

As for product prices, the same rules regarding taxes may also cause price variations depending on the delivery destination. Other variations may be the result of our commercial policy in certain countries, especially in cases where we work with importers or other professional dealers.

Whatever the price differences you may come across between your country and another, you must accept the prices that are indicated for your country; unless you plan on moving before placing your order ;-)

NB: incidentally, to access the secure payment gateway for payments by bank card or Paypal, you must confirm, by ticking the appropriate checkbox, that the delivery country indicated in the order summary is indeed the right one. If you realise that this is not the case after making your payment - e.g. if you contact us afterwards to inform us that the delivery destination is not the one indicated on the order summary - we will cancel your order and recredit your account at once.

What does the "deposit" refer to?

It's a security deposit that applies to the "You lend me a base" option (available for most motorcycle/scooter models) in order for us to be sure that we will receive your original seat after sending you a new Top Sellerie one.

This amount will not necessarily be debited and incidentally, is not debited at the time of order: it is excluded from the total amount due for your basket and is forwarded to the secure payment page.

However, it will be debited from your account on the 45th day after your order was made if you do not send us your original seat after having received the new Top Sellerie one within this 45-day period.

After having received my order, I got an email entitled "TOP SELLERIE : Ticket Paiement " with regard to a subscription ("abonnement") and indicating a certain amount in Euros. What is this about?

This email is automatically generated by the server of the service provider who manages our secure payment system when the debit of the deposit amount is carried out as scheduled, i.e. 45 days after your order was made, if you selected the "You lend me a base" option.
This means that we have yet to receive your original seat in exchange for the new one in the "lending of base" option that you chose when you placed your order. If by any chance, slim as that may be, it turns out to be an error on our part because you did indeed send us an original seat in good condition after having received a new Top Sellerie one, please get in touch with us immediately and provide us with all written proofs of dispatch/reception from the postal or courier service involved.
